SureChem is a powerful new gateway for chemical patent search on full text collections for USPTO, EPO and WO. SureChem users can perform structure and keyword searches on more than 9 million unique compounds, including prophetic and excluded compounds and other structures not covered by manually constructed databases. Chemical structure searches can be performed via SMILES or by graphically drawing a compound. Either way, the search is performed against a normalized database of chemical names and structures, resulting in a far more comprehensive search than can be performed using a traditional keyword database.
